Vera was great! Responsive to my questions and very quick to make things happen. I needed a place and had some unique circumstances but that was not an issue at all. I was able to move in very quickly and really like the area. Thanks !!

Vera managed our rental property for over a decade. During that entire time she has consistently maintained a high standard of care and excellent communication. She has kept up to date on market changes and notified us immediately with issues that might impact our ability to rent the property. She also managed day to day issues as they arose. When the time came to sell, she was ready with an estimate that was above recent sales prices. Our property had an offer within a month and we closed shortly after. We have been fortunate to have her as our realtor and recommend her highly to anyone needing a real estate agent in the greater Richmond area.

We stayed in 3500 Hermitage Rd. in Richmond for approximately 3 months. The house is a nice house with a great fenced backyard. It's close to many good restaurants and city events. The house has great proximity to VCU The Diamond The Fan and Scott's Edition. It also has quick access to I 95 and 64. The property manager (Vera Barber) responded to any questions quickly. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! PS - If we head back to Richmond anytime soon we'll definitely call Vera to see if the house is available.
